WorkflowUnity LLC: Standard Unity Plan Tier Table

Version date: 2026-10-21 (version 1). Part of the WorkflowUnity Client Agreement v3.1, Schedule B section B12. Published at app.workflowunity.io/terms#tier-table, with every earlier version kept at app.workflowunity.io/terms/tier-table. This table applies to a Unity Plan whose Order has no Tier Table of its own (section B12.2). If you were already on a Unity Plan when you accepted v3.1, you start on the lowest tier whose price is equal to or higher than what you pay now, at the price you pay now. If your Order promises something better, your Order wins (section B12.3). TIERS Unity: $100 a month, or $1,200 for a prepaid plan year (12 months, no automatic renewal). Unity Plus: $175 a month, or $2,100 for a prepaid plan year. Unity Pro: $300 a month, or $3,600 for a prepaid plan year. Unity Dedicated: quoted under section B12.7 (your own server, typically from $350 a month). Unity Pro is the highest tier with a listed price. Usage beyond it is quoted (section B12.7) and is never charged automatically. TIER METERS (2 Billing Months in a row over an allowance can move your tier, only with a Price Notice at least 30 days ahead, section B12.5) Storage for your site (site files, database and that site's backups, caches excluded): Unity 5 GB, Unity Plus 12 GB, Unity Pro 25 GB, Unity Dedicated sized for you. Emails sent from your site each month: Unity 5,000, Unity Plus 15,000, Unity Pro 30,000, Unity Dedicated by agreement. INCLUDED EACH MONTH (not tier meters) Change credits each month: Unity 200, Unity Plus 400, Unity Pro 800, Unity Dedicated by agreement. Credits work as section B2 describes. Event tickets each plan year, with Unity Events: Unity 5,000, Unity Plus 15,000, Unity Pro 40,000, Unity Dedicated by agreement. Room for busy moments (shops, member logins): Unity standard, Unity Plus double, Unity Pro triple, Unity Dedicated a server of your own. AI tasks: as your Order states (none are included unless your Order lists them). AI features run only as section B8 describes. SHOWN FOR INFORMATION ONLY (never moves your tier and never adds a charge) Website visits each month, a fair-use guide: Unity 50,000, Unity Plus 150,000, Unity Pro 400,000, Unity Dedicated sized for you. If you are over two months in a row, we may suggest another tier, and nothing changes unless you agree. ADD-ON RATES (only past an allowance, section B12.10) Change credits: 100 more credits for $20, added only when you say OK. Storage: $5 a month for each extra 10 GB. Emails: $1 for each extra 1,000. Event tickets: 20 cents for each ticket past your yearly amount. Text messages: 3 cents per text, plus $2 a month for your own texting number. Where your Order says texts are billed at cost, your Order wins. AI usage past what your Order includes: only as section B8.2 allows, up to your owner's cap. Website visits: never an extra charge. Monthly add-on limit: $50. We will not charge more than this in any Billing Month without your approval in writing. FORGIVEN MONTH One Billing Month each plan year over an allowance is on us and never counts toward a move. MINIMUM TIER FOR A FIXED TERM None. TECHNICAL LIMITS AT AN ALLOWANCE AI usage past your owner's cap pauses or continues at no extra charge (section B8.2). Texts and emails above an allowance pause only if your owner chooses. Your site is never taken offline because of usage alone (section B12.7). USAGE READINGS Readings are shown in the Owner's Hub once it offers that, and sent to the Account Owner by email on request until then (section B12.4(a)). A meter counts toward a tier move or an add-on charge only for months in which our systems measured it automatically (section B12.4(e)). GRANDFATHERED No. An Order's own Tier Table may say otherwise. Prices exclude tax. Washington sales tax is added where it applies, at the rate for your address.
